UPDATE ON TRADES (August 2026)
For the month of August 2026, we are currently pausing on purchasing or trading in sealed products and slabs for our shop however we are still taking those items in for store credit! We will continue looking for these products again next month!
We are in need of a lot of Pokemon cards, sealed products and cool stuff!
We generate some of the highest volume through our little shop in the world for a hobby store, so that means we are always needing inventory to supply our Poke enthusiasts!
We offer the most competitive margins for your products:
General Trade-in 65% cash 70% store credit for light played to near mint raw Pokemon singles that we need. We use tcgplayer market price for nm, tcg low for lpnm/lp, ebay for jp, graded, or rare products. We offer bulk pricing for harder to sell items (Vs, Vmax, Trainer Galleries etc).
TRADE HOURS ARE 11:00 AM - 6:30 PM
All trades are first-come, first-serve.
How Trades Work:
Bring your collection to 888 Collectibles at Shanghai Plaza between the hours of 11:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.! Please call ahead for collections over $2,000. We do not accept appointments for trades.
Once you’re at the store, one of our available traders will examine your collection and pick the cards we would like to purchase.
There are three options available for trades: store credit, cash, or cards in our display case. If there is a certain item you would like, please let us know ahead of time. We cannot provide immediate quotes.
Drop-off Trades (After 6:30 p.m.)
We do not accept in-store trades past 6 p.m. If you are trading more than 20 to 30 cards at this time, you will have to drop off your collection
We’ll work on the trades over the course of a couple days to a week. We will reach out to you via text or call.

Sealed Products: ON PAUSE UNTIL THE END OF AUGUST!
- We are currently pausing on buying all sealed products for Pokemon for the month of August 2026 but we are open to doing store credit for other sealed products that we may or may not carry!
Graded Cards: ON PAUSE UNTIL THE END OF AUGUST!
- We are currently pausing on purchasing ALL slabs for the month of August. Customers are more than welcome to send messages to our Instagram for inquiries for store credit!
- Generally looking for PSA 9-10
- BGS 10 (unless super rare - in which case, we can consider lower grades.
- We have a plethora of graded cards, our standards are stringent.
About Bulk:
- At this time, we are accepting bulk singles.
- English/Japanese/Chinese are welcome!
- Only Holos/Reverse Holos, NO non-holo singles at this time.
- $5/per 100 bulk.
- MUST BE SORTED PRIOR TO BRINGING IT TO OUR SHOP!
